A: At The Nyusz Pusz brand, we understand that plans can change. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your photography appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, we offer free rescheduling instead, allowing you to reschedule up to two times per appointment without additional charges. This policy ensures flexibility while maintaining the quality and commitment expected from our professional photography services.

A: The Nyusz Pusz brand offers tailored property photography sessions based on the number of images and property size to ensure comprehensive coverage and professional quality. For the 20-image package, which covers properties with up to 3 bedrooms, the shoot duration is approximately 90 minutes. The 30-image package, suitable for properties with up to 5 bedrooms, requires about 120 minutes of shooting time. For larger properties with 6 to 8 bedrooms, the 40-image package involves a 150-minute session. These durations allow sufficient time to capture high-quality, detailed images that showcase your property effectively.

A: The Nyusz Pusz brand does not charge any travel fees for photoshoots within the Greater Manchester area. For locations outside Greater Manchester, a travel charge of £1 per mile applies. This distance is calculated at the time of booking using the shortest driving route on Google Maps in Drive mode. This policy ensures transparent and fair pricing for clients traveling beyond the core service area.

A: For bookings made online with The Nyusz Pusz brand, payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. However, in special cases, it is possible to book a session without immediate payment; in these instances, payment becomes due only after the final watermarked gallery has been delivered to you. Once full payment has been received, your photos will be available for download. Please note that The Nyusz Pusz brand does not accept deposits, so either full payment is made upfront or after the session with the delivered gallery, depending on the booking arrangement.

A: At The Nyusz Pusz brand, we strive to deliver the final edited images within a maximum of 5 working days after your session. However, delivery times can vary depending on several factors, including the type of photoshoot, the length of the session, and the number of final images included in the package. To ensure clarity and set accurate expectations, we recommend enquiring about specific delivery timelines prior to booking your session. This allows us to tailor our services to your needs and provide the most precise information regarding your project’s turnaround.
